EstimateAI provides an AI-powered project estimation platform that helps users generate accurate, professional project estimates. The Service includes AI estimation tools, Vision AI capabilities, Knowledge Base management, and QC Agent validation features.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by EstimateAI and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Estimates and outputs you generate using the Service are owned by you.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Estimates generated by EstimateAI are produced by artificial intelligence and are provided for informational purposes only. You should review all AI-generated estimates before using them in professional or contractual contexts. EstimateAI is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated outputs.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EstimateAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a prominent notice in the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
