When will the Zapier integration be available?
We are actively building this integration. Sign up for a free trial and you will be notified by email when it launches.
Do I need a paid Zapier plan to use it?
Zapier has a free tier that supports basic two-step Zaps. Multi-step workflows and premium app connections require a paid Zapier plan. The TradesQuote integration itself will be free for all TradesQuote subscribers.
What triggers and actions will be available at launch?
We are planning triggers for Estimate Created, Estimate Accepted, Estimate Updated, and New Customer — plus actions to create estimates and find customers. More may be added based on feedback.
Can I connect TradesQuote to QuickBooks via Zapier instead of the native integration?
Yes — you can use Zapier as a bridge between TradesQuote and QuickBooks if you prefer a no-code approach. The native QuickBooks integration (also coming soon) will be more direct and require no Zapier account.
Will it work with Make (formerly Integromat)?
Zapier is the priority for the initial release. A Make integration is on our roadmap and may follow shortly after the Zapier launch.
